Knowledge and Experience

Brandon started his HVAC career as a helper to a commercial contractor, servicing convenience stores in Southern California. After learning about refrigeration while installing soda fountains and repairing commercial air conditioners, he returned to Bakersfield and obtained an Associate's Degree in HVAC technology.

After school, Brandon worked on commercial refrigeration, commercial air conditioning, and residential air conditioning. He gained experience in installation, service, repair, dispatching, scheduling, and system design.

These diverse skills and well-rounded experience help to make Brandon a skilled contractor.

DRAIN PAN OVERFLOW

Don't let this happen to you! Regular maintenance keeps drains clear. And an overflow switch adds a safeguard against plugged drains, full drain pans and holes in pans.

CHOKING CONDENSER COIL

If your A.C. cant breathe, it won't cool your house enough, and it will burn up capacitors and motors.

Plants, pet hair, dust, and dog urine can all lower the efficiency of your air conditioner. Brush and debris block the coil, while dog urine erodes it. Allow us to service your condenser this summer, and keep dogs and bushes away from it.

DIRTY SYSTEMS

Dirty blower wheel

A dirty blower wheel adds weight for the motor to turn. If if is unbalanced, it will damage the motor and itself. While the blower doesn't need to be cleaned at every service, it should be checked.

This problem is caused by having no filter, not changing your filter, or having leaks in your ducts.
